Hailing from Charlotte, NC, Antonya D. Alston is a passionate executive coach, business advisor, wife and mother. Possessing an MBA and being a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources, SPHR, she has over 20 years of entrepreneurship, business and human resources experience combined.
Having walked in the shoes of 5 years as a divorced, single mom, the transition of divorce was quite a journey that has taught her so many life-changing lessons.
These lessons she is completely driven about as it allows her to flow in God-authored freedom in this new season of life! Tonya Alston built this company to help female CEOs and business owners live out their life's purpose through their businesses without burnout. Cultivating her clients with proven methods based upon biblical and spiritual principles allow for God's power to be evident in the business strategies and human resource functions that reward them with fulfilling and impactful businesses while leaving legacies for futures to come!
As a corporate leader, sought after HR/business advisor, coach and speaker, she loves her quiet time where she can usually be found cuddled up to her husband, Darryl, reading a good book or watching movies while making time count with her blended family.
